Deposits and Cancellations



A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to be able to book any appointment you wish, without the deposit the booking can not be made and your space will not be safe. We can only hold a space for 24 hours unless deposit is paid, after 24 hours your space will be advertised and given to someone else.


Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service or in exceptional circumstances and therefore may have their deposit refunded or moved to a new appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will not be able to claim back their deposit.
